CREATE HIGHLY DURABLE MARKS ON CHALLENGING SUBSTRATES
FeLMC-6062P green laser marking paste creates extremely high-quality and highly durable marks while maintaining substrate integrity.
Our laser marking pastes are designed to protect the surface of challenging glass and ceramic substrates from laser damage.
Marks made with LMC-6062P are significantly more resistant to abrasion, scratches, UV exposure, chemicals and weathering than other methods.
LMC-6062P GREEN LASER MARKING PASTE FOR GLASS
A laser can be used to fuse the LMC-6062P green laser marking paste to the surface of glass, creating an additive mark. LMC-6062P can be applied to the substrate, dried and marked with a laser.
Marks made on glass by LMC-6062P are chemically resistant to several acids and bases and have survived a variety of abrasive tests.
LMC-6062P GREEN LASER MARKING PASTE FOR CERAMICS
Ferro’s CerMark LMC-6062P green laser marking paste can be used to create pre-firing and post-firing marks on ceramics.
The pre-fire marks withstand high-temperature heat treatment, making the LMC-6062P green paste ideal for applications such as identifying tile bodies before glazing or for ceramic containers used in high-temperature manufacturing processes.
Post-fire marks can also be made with LMC-6062P on ceramic substrates, including creating marks on the back of ceramic floor tiles.
LMC-6062P GREEN LASER MARKING PASTE APPLICATION METHOD
LMC-6062P comes in a paste format which can be applied using a spray gun, airbrush or aerosol. It must be applied with an even coat to ensure a consistent mark and color.
The contrast, resolution, and durability of the marks made with LMC-6062P make it ideal for the following laser marking on ceramics and glass applications:
Awards & Engraving Applications:
Marking glass trophies and awards
Designs on plates and dinnerware
Personalization of mugs and cups
Designs on ceramic tile
Industrial Laser Marking Applications:
Marking VIN numbers on automotive glass
Barcoding for traceability on laboratory slides
Specialty electronic components and substrates
Serialization and brand marks on sanitaryware
Logos and instructions on industrial products
